Yes. Co-managed engagements add capacity or specialist help alongside your team. Responsibilities, ownership, and escalation paths are agreed as part of the scope.
What does your data center and hosting cover?
Client hardware colocation and hosted virtual machines on customer-separated networks, with managed infrastructure options such as OS management, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery defined per engagement. Remote hands are scheduled during business hours, with after-hours work by arrangement. SmarterMail hosting and Microsoft CSP licensing for eligible Microsoft products are also available. Specific facility details are not published, and availability and responsibilities are confirmed for each engagement.
Where do you provide services?
New Jersey and the NYC metro area, with nationwide remote services. On-site requirements and availability are discussed for each engagement.
What does audit readiness include?
It can include reviewing controls, identifying gaps, planning remediation, and organising operational evidence. The scope depends on your requirements. Honed IT does not guarantee a certification or an audit outcome.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and Azure?
Yes. Offerings include Azure management and migration, plus Microsoft CSP licensing for Microsoft 365 mailboxes and other eligible Microsoft products. Product eligibility and scope are confirmed before proceeding.
